Our mission is to provide a free parenting and childcare resource, to foster a sense of community between parents and connect exceptional family- oriented businesses to our network of readers. Our magazine and online forums, are judgement-free spaces for parents and caregivers to share their experiences. With the expertise and breadth of our writers, we’re committed to delivering unique perspectives on topics that are important to parents. With connection at the core of our values, we hope after reading an issue or participating in a Facebook thread, you feel the support of our entire community.

Company Profile

The Mom & Caregiver Magazine is the longest standing, largest reaching family publication in London and surrounding area, in circulation for over 20 years. We strongly believe in giving back to the community, while providing timely and relevant information to our readers. We work with schools and community organizations to connect with children, parents, teachers, grandparents to ensure the health and welfare of our little ones are prioritized.


Meet Our Editor in Chief/Publisher

Sabina Manji, a lifelong Londoner, is an irrepressible entrepreneur, mother of a wonderful son, and also a committed volunteer. In particular, she’s done charitable work for Children’s Hospital, the United Way, is an alumnus of the Rotary South Club, and a member of the board of directors for the Lexus Golf Classic. Her passion for children, community engagement, and living life boldly is obvious from every issue of The Mom and Caregiver.

Not much – I’m too busy reading and editing The Mom & Caregiver magazine, of course.

5. A worst parenting moment…
When I sent a store-bought veggie tray to school with Mikaeel for Valentines day – the other kids brought yummy homemade heart-shaped cookies.

6. My go-to food if I don’t feel like cooking?
Fatoush salad from Pita Pit (with extra chicken and hummus and pickles)

7. Tea or coffee?
I’m a fake coffee drinker – I drink decaf coffee

8. Favourite movie?
My Best Friend’s Wedding, Bridesmaids, Mama Mia

9. My favourite childhood memory is…
always wanting to kiss my mommy’s lips so I could have lipstick on.

10. What would you tell your younger self?
Believe in yourself – you’re going to go far, girl!

When I shouted at my young daughter for being too silly at the optometrist. Turns out she wasn’t being silly at all – she truly couldn’t see the eye chart and now wears strong glasses.

6. My go-to food if I don’t feel like cooking?
Pancakes for supper, or if I’m really feeling like a treat – Taco Bell.

7. Tea or coffee?
Neither for me. I’m all about hot chocolate!

8. Favourite movie?
I adore Christmas-time, so probably Elf.

9. My favourite childhood memory is…
having after school snack while telling my mom about my day, and going on early Sunday morning canoe rides with my dad.

Everything has a way of working itself out.
