My favourite part of the job is when clients ask questions and engage themselves in the insurance process. It is so exciting learning about a new business venture, hearing about your new home purchase, congratulating your kids on getting their license, and being there for my clients when they need me the most.
So I thought I’d answer some of your questions today to give a synopsis of what an insurance broker is and what we do and can do for our clients.
