Fresh and Fruity Popsicles
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups fruit (berries, grapes, peaches, plums mango, pineapple, cantaloupe all work great!)
¾ cups yogurt or juice
4 Tbsp honey
½ tsp lemon or lime juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract, if desired
How to:
Simply put everything into your blender and whirl for 1 minute. Pour into 6 popsicle mold wells, poke in your sticks and freeze 8 hours – overnight. Enjoy!
