Warm Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients: 250 g package light cream cheese, ¼ cup pesto, 1 chopped plum tomato, ¼ cup mozzarella Heat the BBQ to medium.  Place the cream cheese brick on an 8” square of tinfoil and top with all other ingredients.  Place the foil on the BBQ and close lid.  Grill 8-10 minutes.  Serve with crackers or…
