YFC (Youth for Christ) London is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where young people can find connection, belonging and personal growth. By bringing youth together through shared interests and experiences, we cultivate an environment where both community and individual development thrive. At the heart of YFC London’s mission is the belief that each person’s life and faith is an adventure to be explored freely, with respect, integrity and the support of others. We understand the life-changing impact of surrounding youth with people who genuinely believe in them. Our approach is to build intentional, consistent relationships that offer encouragement and inspire hope through Jesus Christ.
We do this through three incredible programs that offer diverse opportunities for youth to grow:
Compass Basketball partners with local schools, teaching basketball skills and promoting values like respect, compassion, hard work and how to work as a team. Along with community leagues and camps, two travel teams compete across southwestern Ontario and the northeastern United States.
Youth Connect is all about building relationships and community. Through school partnerships, weekly programs, special events, camps, trips and volunteer opportunities, we provide a safe and welcoming space where youth feel they belong.
Café Connect provides hands-on experience in a café setting, offering mentorship and job skills to youth facing challenges such as mental health issues or learning difficulties. This program helps young people gain confidence and overcome barriers to employment in a supportive environment.
Together, these programs reflect YFC London’s steadfast commitment to empowering youth by offering spaces where they can grow, connect and thrive—ensuring every young person is equipped with the guidance and support they need to walk in faith and fulfill their potential.
