Angel Lush Food Cake
1 package angel food cake mix
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 can (398 mL) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup thawed Cool Whip
12 fresh strawberries, cut in half
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Pour into 24 paper lined muffin cups. Bake immediately for 26 minutes until tops are golden brown. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple in a bowl. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spread onto cupcakes and top with berries.
