Breakfast Apple Crisp
Ingredients:
4-6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter
vanilla or plain yogurt to top
Preheat oven to 350. Place apples in greased 8″ baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over apples. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Top with yogurt and enjoy.
