Campfire Mac and Cheese


Ingredients (per serving):

½ cup cooked macaroni

¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 Tbsp Parmesan

½ Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp milk

Salt and pepper

Individual sized pie tin

 

Directions:

  1. Mix everything in an individual sized pie tie, then wrap the entire pie tin in a double layer of aluminum foil. 
  2. Make a loop in the top of the foil and put a stick or roasting stick through the loop.
  3. Lower into warm coals or hold over campfire for 5-9 minutes (or until cheese and butter have melted).
  4. Stir and enjoy!
