Celebrate Mom with Strawberry Slushies!
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of sugar, honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups of frozen, seedless watermelon, cut into cubes
- 2 cups of strawberries, cut in half
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Directions:
- The day before you plan to make the slushies, cut the watermelon into cubes and place in large freezable bag and place in freezer.
- When ready to prepare, put first 4 ingredients into blender, cover and blend until smooth.
- Add ice, cover and blend until slushy. Enjoy!
