Enchilada Casserole

1-2 cans enchilada sauce (I have a large family I use 2)
1-2 lbs of ground beef
1 small onion finely chopped
1-2 cans of corn
12 corn tortillas
1 taco seasoning packet

Brown beef with onions.
Add taco seasoning, corn, and enchilada sauce once beef is browned.
Lightly fry the corn tortillas .
Layer tortillas and meat mixture like you would a lasagna.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is to your liking.
