Homemade Hummus
Ingredients:
15 oz can chickpeas
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Puree everything but paprika in food processor until smooth. Add 1-2 tablespoons water to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
