Lasagna Bake
Ingredients:
10 oz package lasagna noodles broken into bite-sized pieces
1 lb ground meat (choose turkey, beef, pork or chicken based on price and your liking)
1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
12 oz cottage cheese
12 oz shredded Mozzarella
12 oz tomato paste
½ cup water
¼ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper
1 tsp dried basil
Boil noodles until tender (according to package directions) and drain. Brown ground meat and drain. Put noodles and meat into crock pot, and add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on Low 7-9 hours or High 3-5 hours.
