Meet Your New Menopause Coach!
Hey everyone! I am so excited to be here to help you navigate perimenopause and menopause.
I am a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. I have worked over the last 30 years in pregnancy, birth and postpartum, and this transition has been a great, natural fit for me as all of my families are reaching this stage of life. I studied human physiology in my undergraduate degree and was certified as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer many moons ago. I am fascinated by the human body.
I SEE you – support, educate and encourage you – through this stage of life while bringing you evidence-based, science-driven information. In this age of social media, it is so incredibly important to be informed- not influenced.
Your experience of this natural transition in life is unique and not one-size-fits-all. What works for you may not work at all for someone else, and I am passionate about supporting you to find out what makes you feel strong, brave and comfortable as you age. We need to care more about aging comfortably instead of gracefully and I am passionate about you having the best tools to do that.
My experience with perimenopause was incredibly trying, and my family Doctor, as much as I really love her, professed that she didn’t really know enough about this stage of life for women. I really had to educate myself and advocate too, all without knowing anything about what was going on. I don’t want this to be your experience! I am so excited to help you navigate this time of life because you deserve to feel heard and supported every step of the way. Here’s to fielding your questions, helping you understand what is happening in your body and brain, talking about your relationships and finding out how to thrive in your post menopause years.
