Introducing Montessori Academy of London’s Parent & Infant program!
As educators, we genuinely believe that Montessori provides children the best start in life. So why not start at the very beginning?! Montessori Academy is excited to announce that we’re offering a new Parent & Infant program beginning in October 2025!
Weekly parent-child classes will provide caregivers support as they navigate the first years of parenthood and inspire discovery and exploration for their children in a warm and welcoming environment. Through guided activities, parents will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of Montessori and the purpose of the materials presented by the facilitator. Each class will end with a supportive circle to build community and provide support. It’s a beautiful way to connect with your infant and other parents and caregivers within a compassionate group setting.
The classes are tailored for parents with children in two age groupings – ‘Infants’ – 2-10 months old and ‘Movers’ – 10-18 months old – because we recognize that both parents and infants in these stages have very different needs.
And like all of our programs, this work is grounded in our school’s values of respect, curiosity, Montessori and community.
Upcoming Sessions
Registration for our October session opened in late May, and registration for the January and April sessions will open in late summer and autumn, respectively. The cost for each 8-week session is $250 – due at registration in order to secure your spot.
