Nature Colour Hunt

  1. Cut out a circle shape on cardboard or heavy cardstock.
  2. Divide the circle into 6-12 parts and colour or paint each section a different colour found in nature. Think reds, blues, greens, yellows, browns, oranges, purples, whites, etc.
  3. Clip a clothespin to each coloured section. You could paint the clothespins to match if you’re feeling really crafty.
  4. Take your child out in nature! They can clip natural items like feathers, wildflowers, bark or grass to match each section’s colour.
